Candidate should possess Any graduate in any discipline
100% Voice Profile (Inbound).
Selling & cross selling travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions.
Sales conversion & efficient customer service.
Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
Dealing with customers to understand and meet customer requirements, provide solution, handle
escalation and ensure closure on a given TAT.
Excellent communication skills.
24*7 work environment
Note: B.Tech Graduates Will not be considered for this position
