Quality Analyst (QA) Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum Experience - 6 months
Key Areas:- Calibration/TNI/Audits/Quality Sessions/Shadowing/Live Barging
Ability of listening, writing and speaking effectively.
Good Knowledge of Description of - Parameters / Weightage/Legend
Planning Refresher Batches/Fast Track Training Calendar
Good Skills of presentation and reporting
Giving feedback on a regular basis and conduct meetings with the operations, to bridge the gaps in
the process
Publishing monthly/weekly Dashboards to the Operations
Effective skills on sharing feedbacks/ZTPs
Conducting Special Trainings for process improvement
