Job Description:
Process Trainer
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
2 to 3 Years (Minimum 2 yrsTrainer Exp)
The trainer is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management and delivery of
the Initial Training Program (ITP).
Developing and administering employee-training programs, classroom supervision including coaching
and counseling, up training by project, continually assessing program
Maintaining Training related reports (MIS)
Conducting Monthly Job Knowledge test for the agents controlling Attrition & Absenteeism during the training
Developing and delivering other operational training courses as required
Responsible for identifying gaps between the training program and production requirements
Coaching and feedback for the bottom performers
Conducting Refresher trainings
Recommending and implementing solutions, and delivering and evaluating client specific training to
meet project goals
Conducting Motivational Activities during training sessions to engage participant.
