Broadband / DSL Engineer (SDSA) - Docsis Network /DSL / Cable Broadband
Candidate should possess A Graduate in any discipline
Technical Skill: Basic knowledge of DSL, SA (Service Assurance) Broadband, Docsis, RF Signals and Digital Signals
Team Work : Working as a team with manpower of Cable Distributors and Local cable operators.
Handling customer complaints regarding broadband, DSL, modem / Wifi issues
Coordination with ACOM and Technical Manager to ensure connectivity on ground
Familiarity with basics of computer operation
Record keeping and Report preparations.
Ready for Field job
Good presentable & communication Skill required
