International Voice Process
Education: Full time Graduate/PG in Engineering stream (BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech) only (Freshers with
no active backlogs)
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience
Excellent communication skills preferably with American accent
Should be willing to work in International Voice process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding /knowledge in Networking domain
Good PC skills.
Good customer convincing skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time management skills
Problem solving and working through ambiguous situations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Candidates good in communication and willing to work in voice process can apply
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
