Business Analyst
Candidate should possess Any Graduate/MBA in any discipline
Liaising and driving the discussion with varying stakeholders like the Business, Operations, IT, Legal
& Revenue teams (located in US)
Understanding and designing the Business and the System Requirements in close co-ordination with the stakeholders
Own a set of systems for changes and change impacts against incremental release cycles
Understanding the systems from technical perspective, and not just the functional perspective
Improving the system by studying the current practices, current systems and the desired ideal fit
Identifying the problem areas and improving the system design and relevant feature set
Leading a team of business analysts at offshore on the BA front, and at the same time contributing
hands-on to the work delivery
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong documentation skills
Business processes analysis and requirement analysis
