Business Analyst
Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/MCA in any discipline
Conduct outcome assessments, using appropriate methodologies and prepare reports for clients
summarizing the outcome findings
Perform ad-hoc analyses in support of internal and external client requests
Assist in the development of new initiatives
Conduct rules analysis and testing for clients
Test new and existing software
Must have analytical and problem-solving experience, experience with relational databases and data analysis
Experience in Insurance industry
Collaborates with clinical and account management team
Good communication and presentation skills (written and oral) required
Shares/uses suggestions for performance
