Technical/Process Trainer
Candidate should possess Minimum graduate degree or equivalent
Able to take initiative to assist team members.
Minimum experience of 6 - 12 months as a Trainer on papers is a must.
Should possess team management and motivational skills.
Experience in inbound will be an added advantage.
Responsible for Conducting Classroom Trainings.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom
management strategies.
Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines.
Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
To develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.
Must be friendly, clear & strong speaker.
Should be able to prepare and deliver presentations.
