End to End Recruitment.
Hands on experience using job portals.
Able to screen candidates on their experience, skill matrix and matching to the given requirement.
Facilitating Compliance Training like New Hire Induction, Policy refreshers.
Oriented towards learning and implementing new HR initiatives.
Proven experience in handling employee grievances and relevant documentations.
Should have experience in preparing and interpreting Dashboards.
Should have good negotiation skills
Extremely good at communication skills both written and oral.
Exposure to a Human Resources Information Systems would be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in handling events within the organization
