Sourcing Associate
Locate the component manufacturer contact information with accurate results.
Establish contact and Maintain good Rapport with the manufacturers/suppliers of electronic
components.
Ensure that the SLA�s are met for as per the sourcing process.
Gather regulatory Data/Certifications for Conflict minerals and Educate manufacturers on conflict
mineral program.
Make outbound Calls to assigned manufacturers and make inquiries regarding regulatory Data for
components.
Responsible for Error free deliveries, Issue Tracking and reporting system.
Identify opportunities, strengthening and managing relationships with new and existing
manufacturers.
Co-ordinate closely with team members and cross functional departments to accomplish team and
Organization goals.
Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to overcome language
and cultural barriers.
Willingness and Flexibility to work in shifts � Day and Night
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Electronics (BE, B. Tech) from any recognized university
Should have 1 - 2 years of BPO/KPO/Call centre experience as a team lead. Outbound call centre
experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
ISO 9001: 2008 knowledge and quality standards application in work place
Ability to plan, organize and multi-task, meets customer commitments and work as part of a team
Technical detail-oriented and highly organized self-starter
Attentive to detail and good problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively apply these qualities
to analysing and solving problem.
