Customer Service Executive
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Manage inbound calls regarding customer enquiries on the iSurance product, transaction process, policy status
Manage inbound emails and respond to customer enquiries about the policy status
Offer excellent customer service
Build relationship with existing customers by offering them excellent support and generate referrals from them
Maintain customer database and update information pertaining to the same at the end of every call
(dispose all calls suitably) on the CRM
Have excellent oral & written communication skills
Have fluency in English, & Hindi; knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage
