Job Description:
QA Engineer
Assisting in designing & implementing automated testing tools & frameworks
Developing automated test frameworks, scripts & tools
Supporting remote QA team (training, troubleshooting)
Providing regular feedback on automated test results to QA and Development
Developing and executing test plans. Evaluating compatibility of programs with existing hardware
and software
Responsible for accurate documentation and communication to facilitate elimination of problems and
to create efficient fixes
Skills
BE / MCA in Computer Science or related degree, or relevant work experience
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of automated testing experience
Windows/Linux/UNIX experience
Software testing or development background
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Java or Java scripts, Linux shell scripting)
Knowledge of a variety of web application technologies (Web 2.0, JSON, REST) and best practices
