Job Description:
Compliance Engineer
Bachelor degree in engineering, Material science or related technical discipline or Masters in Science or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 6 months 2 years experience in Product Stewardship/IMDS/REACH or other compliance role is required.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Compliance tools like GEMS, Team center, SAP Product compliance tools etc
Excellent verbal, written and presentation clarity is required
Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills and flexibility in working aligning to global
time zones
Ability to address/influence a wide range of cultures, disciplines and levels within the organization.
Willingness and ability to work effectively in a large multi-national matrix organization.
Work to the highest levels of integrity.
Six Sigma Black belt/Greenbelt certification desirable
Must have ability to bring out the best in others. Able to build and successfully facilitate cross-functional, cross-business, and global teams to deliver work products
Must be customer focused and be a proactive learner.
Must have ability to adapt to changing needs of project and deliver within timelines
