Job Description:
Work Force Management Process
Mandatory at least 6 Months Experience in WFM is required, If your a fresher then excellent
communication skills and good MS Excel Knowledge is a must - Candidates with Standing Arrears
will not be eligible.
The position is for Chennai Sholinganallur HCL Campus.
Should be flexible for U.S Night Shifts.
Candidates with Arrears/Backlogs are not eligible.
Should be excellent or very good in Communication Skills.
Immediate joiners or Max 1Month Notice Period.
Skills
Strong in Basic Concepts of Work Force Management Like Shrinkage, Monitoring, Planning,
Forecasting.
Excellent Communication Skills - Oral & Written.
Analyse schedule efficiency measurements as well as key indicators such as service level, for
continuous improvement.
Ensure all required data is tracked and trended on a continuous basis and Re-allocate changes in
staffing level.
Good in Basics of Email writing skills/Etiquettes.
Good in MS - Excel.
We are looking at candidates well versed/proficient in numbers, Strong in basics of mathematics.
