Legal Manager
Candidate should possess LLB/LLM (must)
Preferably from IT/ ITES/ Law firms.
Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience.
Drafting and vetting of Service agreements, MSA, PSA, NDA, Software license and Hardware
procurement documentation.
Drafting, review and settlement of facility leases, license and real estate documentation with Indian
& global parties.
Negotiating agreements and legal documents with global suppliers & vendors.
Maintaining MIS of vendor & supplier contracts.
