Engineer - Product Support
Candidate should possess Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech / Any Tech Graduate/Arts and Science-
Any stream) / Under Graduate (2014 or previous year Passed outs) /Diploma holders (10+2+2 only).
Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues
Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.
Information related to customer order for new connection.
Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent for Voice Process.
Shift based role (Night/ Rotational Shift)
Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting
