Receiving patients & their attenders.
Ensure patient satisfaction.
Making registration & guiding the patient to the concerned doctors.
Maintaining dash board.
Attending calls.
Responding to queries.
Follow up to ensure appointments.
Follow up for collection & dispatch of reports.
Other administrative work as & when required.
Candidate Profile:
Must be having excellent communication skills.
Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu.
Must be open for multi tasking.
Fresher with problem solving skills & can do attitude are welcome.
Open for both male & female.
