HR Executives
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time
management skill and Team working ability.
Any graduate having recruitment experience of 6 months to 2 Years would be preferred.
Sourcing and Hiring through Job Portals.
Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.
Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.
Accurate data reporting.
Should be willing to go for walk-in drives.
Should be flexible on work timings.
Should not be pursuing any regular course.
