Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to resolve conflict effectively
Strong customer service orientation
Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline.
Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to Multi-task.
Experience in collections telecalling/field
Hands on experience in taking customer through restructuring
Expertise in advanced excel data management
