Job Description:
Oracle DBA
Performance analysis and tuning on Oracle RAC, GRID, Clustware, ASM & Exadata.
SQL Query tuning & PL/SQL tuning.
Provide and implement performance tuning recommendations of all components in the Database
machines.
Advise, provide guidance and develop Disaster Recovery strategies for these Database machines.
Provide business as usual data structure manipulation (add, remove, modify storage) in the
Database machine.
Develop and record certified processes/procedures for all potential IT downstream support groups
to maintain the Database machines.
Taking care of maintenance and administration tasks in Database Management projects and
continuous services.
Production issues fixing and implementation for Oracle DB administration.
Working on incident management, problem management and change management.
Handling 2nd & 3rd level service support for customer databases in production.
