Job Description:
Sales Engineer
The person should be minimum, Graduate Engineer with a degree of BE/B.TECH in
Electronics/Electrical, with Retail/distribution Sales experience of minimum 2-4 years in Indian Retail sector.
Ability to understand and implement strategy to meet Quarterly and yearly targets including forecasting.
Should have complete knowledge of North India retail market.
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to teach and explain FLIR product capabilities to the field
user are of utmost importance to include working specific operational issues.
Must demonstrate a detailed and extensive expertise and application of sales and business
development principles and concepts, and practice as well as comprehensive project management
and leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet
established deadlines or milestones.
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills are required to enable an effective
interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff,
customers and potential customers.
