Software Developer
Ability to analyze a report and determine how it functions.
Strong experience writing reports in Web Intelligence Rich Client 3.1/4.1.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports for Enterprise a plus (This is different than Crystal Reports but
some concepts port over).
Self-starter needs minimal direction to start.
Solid communication skills to pose questions back to the lead on assigned reports.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of
various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, team, and time management
skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction.
Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently.
Willingly shares relevant technical knowledge and expertise to other resources.
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
