Job Description:
System Support Analyst
Provide technical support via phone queues & email mailboxes
Administer IDs for web-based applications
Provide systems support and problem diagnosis/resolution
Test new system updates to understand new functionality and impact on customers prior to
implementation
Engage technical help desk or third party service support teams, when required
Meet or exceed call handling standards
Ensure all incidents are logged into the call management system
Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree holders with GPA 6 and above (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
One to three years of relevant work experience will be an advantage (e.g. technical support /
troubleshooting)
Good technical / IT knowledge
Good communication and analytical skills
An effective team player
Adaptable and able to work under pressure
