Experience
in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks
Fundamental
understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
Competent
understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both
performance an capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
Competent
understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design.
