Job Description:
Service Desk Analyst
Act as a single point of contact for the users.
Log tickets, Track the progress, update and close the tickets as per the status.
Handle voice calls and email requests from users.
Contact users when needed to progress or close tickets.
Work closely with L2/L3 teams to deliver speedy resolution of incidents reported. Provide help and
advice to customers on their UAT releases.
To give advice on business processes and the use of Equiniti systems.
To work to agreed Service Levels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Perform proactive monitoring of Client systems when required.
Perform first level of support including basic troubleshooting activities in Microsoft Operating
systems for desktop and laptops, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 x32/x64, MS Office applications
including Outlook, Microsoft Active Directory User Management, etc.
