Job Description:
Analyst/Customer/Tech Training
Delivers, designs, authors or edits basic e-learning, web- based and classroom curriculum to a
variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, re sellers, distributors or
systems integrators
Delivers, designs, develops or edits course materials within a strict yet ever changing timeline set
by the business units changing timeline set by the business units
Generally follows specific, outlined and detailed procedures
Consults with team members to ensure produced training meets current needs to support learning
outcomes
Participates in cross-functional meetings to support proper world-wide allocation of equipment,
curriculum and training needs
Utilizes effective measurement techniques for the training
May develop interactive labs and learning applications using appropriate software packages
Bachelors in Engineering discipline (or) Bachelors in Science/Technology stream
Understanding of the content development and principles of Enterprise Content Management
systems
Proficient in content development in team environment
Strong analytical skills combined with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
geographically distributed teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good team and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile process
Working knowledge of Content development, editing and publishing tools
