System Admin
Clearcase/GIT for our Global IT Support Services work on India night hours.
The role will primarily focus on SCM Operations in Clearcase and GIT domain.
The exposure is wide as the role would need to support EFI Intranet and Business Application sites.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Should provide creative and out of the box solution and focus on executing it.
Should be a team player and also promote the same behavior within the group he handles.
Must have strong Aptitude to analyze problems and provide workable solutions or guidelines to the
analyst/ technicians.
Should be able to smartly gather/ research information.
Should have clear communication and impactful presentation skills.
Must have experience in Clear case Multi site environment.
Should have power user level experience in Redhat and Ubuntu.
Must have experience in SVN or GIT.
Should have experience in writing scripts in Shell or perl or python.
Must be working on clear case multi site environment/setup, Clear case VOB backups and restores,
VOB replication and synchronization via multisite.
Should support and involve in build and release activities with respect to Configuration
Management.
Should optimize process and performance of configuration and change management tools to
accelerate development of quality software.
Must be able to configure of DR site in Clear caseGITSVN is desirable.
Should take care of creation of User accounts, File Permissions, resource usage and other basic
UNIX services issues.
Should be able to read/understand Perl scripts and quickly write shell scripts to perform tasks.
Should be able to appreciate enforcement of System security and experience in setting up and
maintaining of the same would be desired.
