Job Description:
Client Support Engineer
Candidate should possess B.E. / B. Tech/ M Tech/ MCA
Certification in CCNA/CCNP/CCDP or equivalent
At least 3years of experience in handling large corporate network or Banking network is recommended .
Person should have hand on experience on routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, static,
EIGRP and networking devices such as 1941, 2951, 3945, 7206, 7600, ASR1k routers and 2960,
3750, 4507, 6509 switches. Knowledge about router, switch modules is also required
Hands-on day-to-day hardware handling like IOS upgrade, password recovery, ROMMON recovery,
replacement of faulty devices, booting sequence change, etc. and configuration tasks such VLAN
creation, VTP, HSRP, STP (PVST / RSTP / MST)
Good understanding of IPv4 Addressing, subnetting, IPv6
Good vendor & Service provider co- ordination skills. Vendors here means hardware OEMs like Cisco
& also cabling vendors for LAN cabling coordination.
Network reachability & troubleshooting skills
Candidate should be able join in 15 days time.
