Monitoring Job alerts in Tidal Application.
Monitor IT Infrastructure Alerts requested from Platform teams.
(Windows/UNIX/SAN/Backup & DBAs)
Monitoring critical Applications (OEM/SCOM/SolarWinds)
Notifying the concerned teams for any issues reported.
Rebooting windows/UNIX servers per users request.
Coordination with Stakeholders in emergency situations.
Engineering graduate preferably in Computer science/ IT. With 0 to 2 years experience in IT
Customer Support.
