IT Enabled Ops Proc Team Lead
Respond to questions and data quality issues raised by global users
Perform data validation checks
Initiate resolution to incidents & follow-up to ensure completion of tasks needed to resolve problems
Document incident findings to help build our data quality knowledge base
Assess, monitor and constantly improve processes and procedures behind all data
Reporting
Manage the portfolio of existing reports
Liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements
Develop new reports as required
Communicate to stakeholders, including research analysts, sales teams, and
Management
Candidate Profile
Excellent command over MS Excel formulas & functions with experience in connecting Pivots to various
data sources/cubes/databases
Should have experience in handling huge volume of data, creating multiple dashboards and publishing
business critical reports
Proactively analyze & monitor trends, causes and variances and inform stakeholders
Handles detailed, structured problems. Identifies roadblocks & brings them to management for
resolution for CLCA
Prepare, execute and deliver accurate reports within SLAs
