Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
10+2 with 12 months of international calling experience, 10+2+3(any stream).
Post Graduates are also eligible.
Need to have 1 year experience into international calling (Working in night shifts)- Mandatory
Responsible to sell Dell products, features and/or services.
Maintains ownership of customer issues, directing customer to the appropriate department when required.
Works effectively in a team environment and supports team by developing and maintaining positive
customer relations with customers.
Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience
Works with various departments to meet sales goals through constant process alignme
