Job Description:
System Engineer
Candidate should be BE/B Tech from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Must have knowledge of ticketing system(Service now/remedy etc.)
Should have excellent troubleshooting(Hardware/Software) technical in desktop/Laptop related
issues.
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
Should be ready to support 24*7
Should act as the single point of contact to the internal customers/users for all IT related
requirements.
Must have the responsibilities of the engineer will be to resolving the requests/incidents, track it till
closure.
Should escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to
close the issues.
Must be keeping track of consumables in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the
process defined.
Should have saily ticket status update to team.
Must submit week on week service call report to reporting manager.
Must be giving training to all newly appointed engineers on Helpdesk tool.
