Should know about WCF service.
Good database SQL Server / Sybase experience
Strong communication skills
Should be able to work independently and within team
Ability to work effectively under pressure, often to challenging deadlines
Should be able to foresee impediments, come up with a plan to mitigate the same
Should be able to maintain quality of code, come up with ideas to improve existing processes
