Job Description:
Front Office Executive (Female only)
Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the
clients.
Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
Handling multiple telephone line in timely manner and direct call to the concern person/extension.
Differentiating the incoming call and walk-ins and handle them appropriately.
Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.
Maintaining Courier Register.
Receiving and sending faxes whenever required and confirm the receipt and delivery of the same.
To do the data entry whenever required.
Taking care of dispatch, keeping records for incoming and outgoing letters.
Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.
Handling Telephonic and walk-in enquiries.
Additional work as assigned by Reporting Manager.
