Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineer to provide resolution to our customers.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and applications related issues.
Handle inbound queries pertaining the issues
Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
They diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by questioning customers about the issues they
are facing in a detailed fashion so that they understand the nub of the problems.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduation is Mandatory (Arrears Not Accepted).
Freshers and Experienced people can apply.
Excellent communication in English required.
Flexible to work in Night shifts.
Should have good Oral and Written communication.
Immediate joiners are welcomed (Maximum 15 days notice period is acceptable).
Working hours: Rotational shifts and OFF, predominantly US
