Network Engineer
Should have knowledge of networking basics.
Should have excellent Communication � for voice, email & chat support.
Should be able to communicate effectively.
Should possess good telephone and email etiquette.
Should to work in US, UK time zones (24/7 environment including rotational night shifts).
Must have good understanding of OSI layers.
Must have knowledge of troubleshooting routers and hubs and resolving technical
queries for the international customers via phone.
Should have excellent communication & basic MS Power Point skills.
