Job Description

Development Consultant

Develop and test solutions as per the requirement and design documents.

Provide support to testing team during system testing.

Work closely with Architects and Testers.

Ensure CSG products are deployed successfully according to customers�specifications.

Follow up on functional requirements� specifications and system design.

Involved in the implementation and customization life cycles.

Communicate with internal and external parties on any issues of project delivery.

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction; Timely response and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or MCA is must.

Minimum 1 year working experience in the software industry.

6months - 1 year of CSG Inter-mediatEe (ImE) experience.

Good knowledge of GDC (Generalized data conversion) and Python scripting (Optional).

Good working knowledge of various Inter-mediatE modules.

Strong knowledge in protocols such as FTP, SFTP is must.

Good troubleshooting knowledge of any script or application issues.

Good knowledge of telecom network elements.

Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Perl and shell scripting will be an advantage.

Experience in developing code and scripting is mandatory.

Telecommunication experience in OSS/BSS.
