Job Description
IT Service Center Analyst
Provides professional first-level Help Desk Support to internal users.
First-level troubleshooting of hardware, software and operating system problems, tracking of
issues and solutions, and issue escalation when appropriate.
Will assist with statistical reporting, managing file transfers and the recording and maintenance of
hardware, software, and licensing inventory.
Interaction with all internal departments, outside support staff, consultants and material vendors.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess any degree from a recognized university.
Excellent customer service and team player skills are a must.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
Requires experience with standard hardware, software, operating systems & database technologies.
Knowledge of basic networking technologies and principles.
MCIPT, CCNA and A++ certified is desirable.
