Job Description:
Application Support Engineers
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Java, SQL Developer, Oracle, UNIX & C,C++.
Technical Production support environment experience is essential.
Providing L1 technical support to customers for Switch applications.
Provide Support and maintenance of Electronic Funds Transfer & Payment software.
Production Support experience in Monitoring Batches.
Analyzing & Resolving Batches issues and User queries.
Proactively report issues to L2 support for application issues.
Change& Incident & Problem Management.
Developing processes/automation in order to increase operational efficiency, Partnering with
development teams for SRQ.
Knowledge of payments industry.
Build a knowledge based of frequently reported issues and solutions.
Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and actively
look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
Review Software Engineer deliverables.
Develop high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical/functional
requirements specifications.
Attention to detail, Dedication to problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ready to work in shifts (24x7).
