candidates who are good in English language but ultimately you will have

Your key areas of focus will include:
Reponding to cutomer queries in a professonal manner, establishing rapport
in-order to identify customer needs.
We are looking for a SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Skills Required:
1) Strong knowledge on SQL Queries
2) Excellent knowledge/skills on OOPs Concepts
3) Troubleshooting skills using Remote Desk-Top Connections
4) Good knowledge on Basic Networking concepts
5) Should be clear in concepts like N-Tier/3 Tier/Client Server
applications.
6) Knowledge on DB like MySQL (preferred) or SQL Server
7) Any computer degree or if other Non-IT degree, should have good
experience on Support
Solving Database and application level conflicts, usabily problems,
supplying updates and patches for bugs and Security holes in the program.
Candidates Should be open to Work in Night shift (5.30 to 2.30)
Must be fluent in English.
FREE Pick and Drop facility. (AC CAB)
5 Days a Week Working process (i.e Saturday and Sunday are Week off)

check.
Please note that our client is based in Ahmedabad. Pick and Drop Facility
Transportation Will be provieded in night shift hours.
