Network Engineer
Candidate should possess BCA/ BSc (IT) / B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc(IT) in
Computer Science or related field
Network Engineer is responsible for Customer technical support
Network Support is tasked with maintaining technical support level skills on a defined set of UC/CC
products and is focused on remotely resolving customer requests for break/fix support as well as
issues with end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem
isolation, verification, resolution and documentation.
Network Engineer provides remote technical troubleshooting model for a multi-language, multi-
regional customer base in 24x7 support environment.
Network Engineer should be well versed in English verbal and written communication skills as the
customer base is all across the globe.
