Operation Administrator
Candidate should possess Any graduate in any discipline
Customer Service through emails & chat
Experience 2 years 4 years of experience (after graduation) in back office operations.
Resolve Aon's Client's employees query related to employee benefits
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Identify, share and support operational improvements
Customer service/ financial/medical/health process experience preferably.
Minimum 2 to 4.5 years of international BPO experience .
24*5 shifts and weekends fixed off.
