Candidate should possess A Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills is required

Prior Customer service experience is a must with minimum 1 Year of experience
Experience with supporting customers through email and live chat process will be highly recommended
Practical Knowledge of Service Now system preferred
Customer centric mind set and expertise in escalation/governance handling is required
Excellent analytical skills. Strong situation analysis and decision making abilities
Basic SQL knowledge considered to be an advantage
ITIL awareness considered an asset.
