Job Description:
Customer Support Engineer/Technician
Travel to client locations and troubleshoot.
Greeting and attending customers.
Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems.
Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or
restore or setup.
Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
Develop Service Technical documentation.
Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
Candidate Profile:
Must have inclination towards Technologies.
Willing to travel across Bangalore.
Must have a two wheeler or willing to buy one after some time.
willing to work on weekends and holidays(if required).
Knowledge on computer hardware & software is added advantage.
Good communication skill.
Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.
