Job Description:
Process Trainers
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be someone who has a prior exposure of delivering
training to others.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex
technical content into easy-to-understand training.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have training, and above all will have a passion for learning and
teaching others.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to act as a training subject matter expert in
Knowledge Management for the delivery of New hire training and cross-skill readiness programs on
various processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with training team members to ensure New Hire/Refresher/Upskilling training classes are
structured, scheduled and conducted in accordance with business needs.
Organize and delivering instructor led training (live/virtual) for new hires and existing staff.
Oversee training and documentation projects, including daily/weekly reporting responsibilities.
Maintain learner statistics and outcomes in a reportable format to facilitate real time reporting.
Create and update training content (in various forms/formats), assessments, documentation and
practical training to further enhance our training curriculum.
Support development of engaging eLearning content through the use of Learning Content authoring
tools/systems and delivery of them via LMS.
Review relevant training content and documentation prepared by other members of the
training/business team and supply timely feedback.
Assist in managing an in house training facility for continuous learning.
Closely work with the training manager in-site to continually evaluate training solutions for quality,
business impact, and scalability.
Conduct Learning Needs Assessment and Analysis as required.
Work with management to coordinate training exercises and drills, where applicable.
Basic Qualification:
Strong written & verbal communication skills, in English.
Understanding of and adherence to Organizational hygiene, safety, and security.
Mandatory 1 plus years of classroom training experience (process training, skill training, language
training).
Understands the training content development process.
Recent and relevant hands on experience creating training materials and/or written
instructions/procedures.
Self-motivated team player.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (excel, word) and web-based operational tools.
Experience working with a globally distributed team to achieve shared objectives.
Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
