Ticket Management Experience (SLAs, TATs, Queuing etc�).

Ability to mentor resources and develop new processes to improve operational efficiency.
Fairly strong cross functional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Profile
B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Coding / Level 3 Support.
Experience in Java or open source based technologies. Understanding of XML based applications.
Experience in technologies like HTML, Struts, Spring, Web services, APIs, Swing, SWT etc.
Detailed knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system commands and tools.
Detailed knowledge and hands on MySQL / MSSQL / Oracle experience needed.
Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence.
