Operations Analyst
Regularity of trackers
Quality of trackers
Circulation of virtual RTV tracker to Finance, OB and B & M team every Monday and daily internally.
Two weekly reports to be prepared -quarantine report and LT slides.
Circulation of department wise pending inventory report by photoshoot team
Follow up required for Non � GRN (> 7 Days not allowed) and any critical issue.
Productivity Analysis.
Plan Daily/weekly production & work assignments.
Own line of business documentation & SOP Amendments
Own and Publish weekly, Monthly reporting metrics.
Attending Monthly performance review with the Reporting Manager
Issue resolution, Root cause analysis and coordination with other functions.
Skills:
Ability to Plan and organize work
Ability to delegate task, ensure timely completion of work allocated.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to make effective judgment on business requirements.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
