Desktop Support Engineer
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems and software.
Installing and Configuring MS outlook 2007 and MS outlook 2010
Managing LAN and Internet facility.
Troubleshooting network related problems.
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associate problems.
Providing online and on-site support to users.
Working on Remote control softwares .
Monitoring the network links and take-up a suitable action by collecting the appropriate information (ping, tracert, etc.) and interact with the network team in time, so that there would be no productivity loss.
