Job Description:
Manager, Executive, Extension Officer, Others
Manager (Admn.): Must possess any degree with MBA from recognized University / Institution or
any degree with 2 years Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized University / Institution.
Manager (P&I):
Must possess a Degree in Vety Science from a recognized University.
Must have registered with Vety. Council.
Manager (Mkg.): Must possess any degree with MBA from recognized University / Institution or
any degree with 2 years Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized University / Institution.
Manager (DE): Must possess a degree in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation /
Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication / Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
from recognized University.
Manager (Accts): Must Possess any Degree with CA Inter / ICWA Inter
Executive (Office): Must Possess post Graduate Degree and Pass in Cooperative Training as
detailed in Rc. No. 51928 / 2013 / SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies,
Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co. op) or B.Com (Co. op) from passing
Cooperative training.
Private Secretary:
Must possess a degree in any discipline.
Must have passed Typewriting English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade & Shorthand English
higher and Tamil lower Grade.
Extension Officers:
Must be a Graduate in any Discipline.
Must have passed in Cooperative Training. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co. op) or B.Com
(Co. op) from passing Cooperative training.
Junior Executive (Office):
Must be a Graduate in any Discipline.
Must have passed in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc. No. 51928 / 2013 / SF2 dated
18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in
B.A (Co.op) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training.
Technician (Lab)
Must possess a pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Govt. / Govt. approved
Institutions.
Technician (Tyre):
Must possess a pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
Must have ITI certificate in Fitter trade with NTC (or) Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical
Engineering.
Heavy Vehicle Driver:
Must have passed VIII std., or its equivalent.
Must be in possession of valid Driving License to drive Heavy Vehicles.
Must possess a minimum 3 years experience as Heavy Vehicle Driver.
Qualification in Tamil: Every candidate on the date of the Notification for the post should possess
an adequate knowledge in Tamil

Aavin Recruitment Selection process:
For Manager/Executive/Others:
Written Examination � 85 marks
Oral Test � 15 Marks
For Technician (Lab) & Technician (Tyre):
For academic qualification � 90 marks
For Oral Test � 10 marks
For Heavy Vehicle Driver:
Selection will be made based on their performance (driving ability test) only, as the prescribed
qualification (8th Std.) is below SSLC.
Minimum qualifying marks: Those candidates who have an overall score of less than 40% shall not
be considered for selection.
Application fee: Rs. 250/- for OC / BC/ MBC. (No fee for SC/SCA/ST candidates)
